We were able to speak with six general managers of Chicago-based, luxury high-rises that all made the decision to switch from their existing coffee amenity suppliers to SipWithMe. Ahead of the 2021 launches of SipWithMe at the properties in this study, each property was already partnered with WithMe, Inc. to provide resident printer amenities through PrintWithMe. This made for a seamless transition to implementing coffee services. This case study summarizes their stories.

How It Began

"Residents love PrintWithMe! They are now able to print assignments, personal documents, return labels, etc. without having to forward them to office staff in order to print. It's made both office staff and resident's lives easier and keeps their private documents for their eyes only."

When Watermark at Steele Crossing opened for residents in April 2017, their team did not have access to a self-serve printing solution. Residents had to approach property staff in order to print and send over private documents via email. The process was inefficient and time consuming for residents and staff.

Two years later, Watermark at Steele Crossing contacted PrintWithMe. Within about 10 days, a printer was installed at their property and ready for use. Residents no longer have to forward their personal documents over to staff members and they are able to print much more quickly. 

Property staff are almost completely hands-off during the process and now have time to focus on other tasks at hand. Watermark at Steele Crossing's Community Manager, Breanna says, "Residents love PrintWithMe! It's made both staff and resident's lives easier and keeps their private documents for their eyes only."
